The Space:
When you enter the front door, to your right is the half bath, and to the left is the main living room looking out toward the Elden and San Francisco peaks. Around the corner is the primary bedroom, and next door is the fully stock kitchen and indoor dining area! Out the slider door are the backyard set up with tables, swinging lounge chairs, a fire pit, a BBQ, and a hot tub. From the main living room up the stairs are the second King bedroom, upstairs bathroom, twin trundle room, and second living room area with a sleeper sofa! Downstairs from the main living room are the movie theater, games, living room, and downstairs King bedroom with attached bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (Main floor): King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): King bedroom with attached bathroom
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King bedroom with full bathroom in the hallway.
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Twin (four) bedroom with full bathroom in the hallway!
Additional sleeping areas (Upstairs living room): Full-size sleeper sofa!
Guest Access:
-Your unique access code is the last four digits of the phone # matching your profile, followed by pressing ‘ultraloq’ below. WAIT 3 SECONDS, or the lock will jam. To lock, simply press the 'Ultraloq' button on your way out!

-Live TV is available, everything else you’ll use your own sign-in.
-Hottub: please UNCLICK the black straps (otherwise you will break them), fold the first flap back, then push the support arm straight back, the support arm will hold the cover. Do the reverse to cover, please cover every time you are done with the Hottub!
-Fire Pit: take cover off, open lower door, turn lever to "Low" sign and PUSH lever in while PUSHING the ignite button, once you see flame - turn the lever to desired flame height. Make sure to turn the lever to OFF position, as to not leak propane. Please re-cover when it cools down to keep it clean!
-NO pets.
-NO parties or events.
-NO outdoor music past 10pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors!
-NO smoking.
-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation. Any extra hottub cleaning as a result of your usage will incur an additional fee.
A guest waiver will be sent to you post-booking. This is required in order to confirm your reservation.
Due to the Flagstaff City Noise Ordinance, all music and loud conversations must end by 10pm. Per the law, we have decibel meters in the property to ensure this is followed.
*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay! Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe. We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*
